Beginning his career as a Nursing Tutor, Dr Biradar developed a solid foundation in clinical education and mentorship. He later transitioned into large-scale public health programming, contributing to health systems strengthening and comprehensive primary healthcare initiatives. As Senior Program Officer with Jhpiego, he led work on midwifery strengthening, pre-service nursing education, and quality improvement initiatives in priority states including Bihar and Uttar Pradesh.
