Dr Keerti Moghe (MSc, PhD – IIT Roorkee) is an accomplished academic leader and education entrepreneur with over 20 years of experience in higher education, faculty development, and institutional management.

She has served as Associate Professor at DITM Sonipat, Haryana, and previously as Assistant Professor across institutions including IIMT Noida, SHEAT College of Engineering Varanasi, UCER Allahabad, and Rohilkhand University Bareilly, contributing to curriculum development, academic quality improvement, and student mentorship.

For the past eight years, Dr Moghe has led Disha Classes, a successful coaching institute focused on academic excellence, competitive examination preparation, and learner-centred education.

With strong expertise in leadership, training systems, and organisational development, she brings strategic vision, people development strengths, and quality-driven management to her role as Director, supporting organisational growth and service excellence.
